  It is another great privilege for me as a youth leader in Ikole Local Government to appreciate one of our fantastic, brilliant and outstanding Sons; Akin Rotimi.  This axis have not had light for about 3 years since the last transformer got burnt. Yesterday, Akin Rotimi donated a transformer to the Odo-Ayedun community, which cost about 4million naira. To clarify, this project was done solely as a personal initiative supported by his friends, and is remarkably different from other instances when public office holders facilitate government doing such projects. Those who know Akin Rotimi know that the commendable transformer project is one of many things he has done in Ekiti state very quietly. He is a silent achiever who believes in impact and not noise. FUOYE Mass Communication students with the Director of FUOYE printing press A renowned Publisher and coordinator of the FUOYE printing press, Dr Mike Abiodun, has urged undergraduates to venture into publishing business, describing it as a viable means of survival in and after school.
